WHO WE ARE
Holland Pathways opened in Wichita, Kansas in 2018 with a clear mission: to provide addiction and mental health treatment that actually fits the people who need it. Not a one-size-fits-all program. Not a revolving door. A place where clinicians, counselors, and support staff work together to build individualized paths to recovery — and stay invested in where those paths lead.
Since opening, we have grown. We recently expanded to a 60-bed facility, adding capacity to serve more individuals across South-Central Kansas and beyond. But our growth hasn't changed what matters most: the quality of every client relationship, the integrity of our clinical programming, and the warmth of the environment we've built.

Our clinical staff holds credentials across the full spectrum of behavioral health: Medical Doctors, Registered Nurses, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Drug Counselors (LCDC), and specialists holding master's and doctoral degrees. When complexity arises — and in this field, it always does — our team has the training to meet it.

We do not refer mental health care out to separate providers. Our integrated team treats addiction and mental health simultaneously, under the same roof, with one coordinated plan.
