That's the question every family asks — and it's the right one. The most consistent thing former clients tell us is that the staff made the difference. The clinical quality, the warmth, and especially the presence of staff members who are in recovery themselves creates a culture you can feel within hours of arriving.
We'd encourage anyone who is weighing options to tour our facility and speak directly with our admissions team.
It varies by level of care and individual progress. Detox is typically 5–10 days. Residential treatment commonly runs 28–90 days. PHP and IOP are structured around clinical milestones and life logistics.
Our team will give you an honest assessment during intake — we don't pad timelines, and we don't rush people out before they're ready.
Families are involved from the beginning. We offer structured family therapy sessions, educational programming, and regular communication with our clinical team (with appropriate consent).
Many families tell us that the family component of treatment was as transformative for them as the clinical work was for their loved one.
Discharge is a milestone, not a finish line. Every client leaves with a continuing care plan, alumni community access, and an open invitation to stay connected. Our alumni program runs monthly events and maintains an app that keeps former clients connected to each other and to our team.
